Don't be a victim! Lead a moral life!

There is an alarming increase in adultery and the deaths caused due to this. What do you think is the reason behind this?

People may think, why would a man or a woman search for a new partner when they already are married and have kids. That's the point we have to look keenly into. Husband and wife distance themselves after having a kid. Kids become their world. Their only way of communication is rare sex. When there is enough love, husband and wife can stay longer happily even without sex. But what is happening now is they rarely exchange words. They rework on their priorities and kids top the list.

When one person pours in lots of love and the other person is not reciprocating it, it is difficult for the couples to carry on with the relationship. Even a small gesture from outside person will trigger the way to adultery. No person would be wanting to get into trouble and complicate relationships. The person involved will usually show signs to their partner to trigger jealousy in them expecting it would turn into love. When the last expectation fails, it turns into adultery.

There was an incident that happened recently where a mother killed two of her kids to run away with her boy friend. Two young souls were lost with no mistake of theirs. Any sane person would file a divorce and start a new life. But in cases such as this, the person must be already in depression and / or should be psychologically affected. Women stay at home for the whole day and there is no one to talk to. They are designed to engage more and express themselves. But there is no or less chance in the household. We have become a nuclear family. The only people woman could talk to is her husband and her children. Husband turns deaf after a long day at work whereas children do not understand her much. So naturally she falls into the trap.

Couples! please start having time for yourselves. Kids are priority but so as your partner. They have dedicated their life to make yours better.

Love can happen so many times but its better when you fall for the same person again and again. It's easy to feel attracted to the opposite sex, that is how we made off. Again with all the senses, pull yourself together and get more involved with your partner. When you really cannot make things work there is always a legal option. Taking the life of the people is not a solution.

Now there is a need to take the matter in hand and teach life skills to everyone.

    Being together (spending quality time) amidst hectic schedule and sharing ups & downs in life would certainly lead to caring the family relationship.

Menstrual leave...Building a women friendly working system!

While we are fighting for equality, we constantly try to prove ourselves that we are equal to men. It's true to a part but we forgot the fact that we are not identical. We have different bodily needs when compared to man. Recent Zomato's 10 days paid period leave policy has triggered a heated debate among everyone including the feminists. This is not something entirely new for India.  In 2017, Ninong Ering passed a private bill called "The Menstruation Benefits Bill". This bill states that the women in public and private sector are entitled to take 2 days of paid leave every month during their period cycle and also during their period, if a woman works, she can take 30 minutes break twice a day.  Why is it important?
